    Well I'm four days from my surgery, and this diet has made me a lil cranky pants...Could they possibly put any more food commercials on T.V.??...I swear I can smell it through the screen. The last two weeks have been a roller coaster for me...as I'm sure it has for lots of us... I'm just a hairs width of backing out!!...but i know that it's because i want to eat!! eat really bad things, and lots of it!!...but I'm sipping my beef broth...pretending it's a Big Mac...grudgingly I have to admit, I feel better than i have in a long time, I've lost 18 lbs, and my knees feel better!!...so good luck to us all!!...Peace!!
