    4 days post op and dong pretty good. However, day 1 and 2 was horrible. I was in serious pain and the gas was over whelming. Now I am better. Still sore and a lot of gas but not as painful.

I had my surgery on Tuesday January 22, 2013. It was harder than I thought. Nothing can prepare you for the pain of that gas. However, day 4 I am feeling better, I am able to deal with the gas pressure. I am walking a lot and trying to get in the 40 grams of protein a day plus the 48 oz of clear liquids. This is really a challenge. So far I have gotten in 30 and 32. Will try to change my tickler but here are my numbers.
