Dude, your before and after shots are inspiring! Congrats on all your success. I'm just now starting the qualifying stage for the sleeve. I'm looking into both Juarez and Tijuana. Any preferences or tips about the two? I'm a fellow Texan and San Diego is a long way compared to Juarez.

Thanks! My diet has pretty much been consisting of at least 50% protein by shakes, and the rest by fish, chicken, etc. I usually eat a can of progresso soup a day, going for as much protein as I can. I haven't been in the gym in about a month (in the process of moving), but hope to get back in next month. I've been riding bicycle and doing pushups / situps / chin-ups (I can do 10 in a row now!!!), and doing as much as I can to stay busy. I think hitting the gym and putting on a lot of lean muscle helped tremendously. Do not be afraid to work out! My surgeon cleared me after 3 months to do whatever I wanted, so I hit the weights and the elliptical hard! Now it's all paying off, I'm maintaining 175 with a body fat of 18-19%. I've still got some abdominal lose skin and a bit of fat, but I have no plans to do any plastic surgery, as I'm happy with how I feel, and it's all hidden behind MEDIUM shirts ;-)
