Not sure is my progress is moving slow or right where is is suppose to be but everyday I am more happy with the way the results have been. I do have a question tho. Hello Fellow Sleevers!!! Did a weigh in today and hit my 50 mark!!! My energy level has increased so much that I went out last week and bought a bike ( not a harley, lol).....I haven't been on a bike in years. I'm sure my neighbors got a laugh seeing me getting on it and the handle bars moving back and forth. Let's just say the first ride lasted about 20 mins and I was ready for no more (lol). Down 40 pounds!!!! and starting to feel good!!!! I look in the mirror and can notice the weight being gone. People are starting to notice and the comments I have to say really make me feel good. I love it now even with the 40 pounds not being there to try old cloths on and have them fall off. So this 40 down and more to go!!!! thank you for your support fellow sleevers!!!!

Hi everyone, I am 5 weeks post-op and I really starting to struggle with something. I'm doing great with loosing weight, and working out but I have been getting a lot of heartburn and also it feels like acid reflex. Sometimes it just comes on. When I'm at work, sitting in a chair, after I eat and even at bedtime. Would love input on this.

I defenitley started things out confusing. When I first got started on this road I weighed 322. Then I went to see the Dr. on Feb 8th and went up to 329. On the 12th I started my two week pre-op. I asked the day of my surgery to be weighed but there was no scale. So on the 25th of Feb I had my surgery and all went fine. My Doc put me on straight pureed food, now I'm on soft.
