Boomer Sooner! I used to work for OU so anytime I 'meet' someone who is a fan here in Texas, I feel the need to unite in this sea of Texas fans. LOL

Congratulations on all your success. It is inspiring!

My brother-in-law is considering surgery. You probably have similar starting weights. Have you had a hard time dealing with wanting to eat, but not being able to? How much do you think your weight loss success is head work as opposed to mind work.

About Mrsanders3960
Sleeved or not sleeved:
I have had a gastric sleeve.
Biography:
Hi I am Michael Sanders; a 35 year old single SQA Engineer with a cat. Yes a cat. I studied computer Engineering at University of Oklahoma and I am the biggest OU Sooners football fan you will ever meet. When not at work I am a professional musician, teaching, playing writing and singing. I am the choir director for a fairly large church in Dallas and love to mess around learning and listening to music. If you hang around me long enough, you will probably hear me recite my favorite quote, "the geek shall inherit the earth".

After the accident it occurred to me: what would have happened if I had not been able to escape the car and it had burst into flames? What if the fire department could not have cut me out and I had died? In the accident my knee went through the center stack
