slowly losing hair and fat

I am almost nine months out from surgery and have lost only 55 pounds. I have half the hair I use to have and haven't lost any weight since the end of July. I started at 220 lb and weigh 165 now. I cant eat very much at a time and usually don't go over 1200 calories a day. I watch my carbs and fats along with calories. The only thing I can come up with is my thyroid is underactive and I have been taking medication for 20 years. I am drinking two of the Premiere protein drinks for breakfast and
