About kizzy1888
- Sleeved or not sleeved:
- I have had a gastric sleeve.
- Biography:
- Well, I better get this started. I have been heavy all of my life. I was a size 16/18 at 10 years old. I was a size 28 when I graduated high school. Currently a size 32/34. I was active all of my high school days. I played tennis and was quite good. I have worked in very physical jobs all of my adult life and just seemed to continue gaining weight. I was 396lbs after I had my daughter. I quit working after I had her and gained steadily all to way up to where I am now at 450ish lbs. My main goal and focus is to lose enough weight to be able to take my daughter to DisneyLand in 3 years and to fit on all the rides. I haven't been able to enjoy myself with activities in a very long time. I have made excuses and lied to myself for years. I'm DONE! This will change my life forever.

Alright, ya'll...I am 7 days out from surgery and I am still so very confused! I do not yet know if I'm hungry, full, or if it's just pressure from the gas. My stomach gurgles with or without food. I'm already feeling frustrated! Yesterday I had one gatorade and MAYBE one full cup of soup..all spread out over the whole day. I'm sure I'm battling head hunger but I'm not sure how to start. I'm feeling pretty weak because I haven't eaten in so long. How did y'all start back on food? Am I doing what

Well, I've gone 60 hours with ZERO food. Just water and broth. Just 5 days to go! Can't believe it has come already! After a year of research, rescheduling, heartbreaks, nerves, crying, and prayer IT IS HERE!!!

I am so thankful to have found this site! Reading all your posts and success stories have encouraged me so much. I am 46 days away from my surgery and I am feeling a wide range of emotions. I'm nervous, scared, excited, and blessed. I'm starting to prepare myself and my home for the after care. I want to buy the vitamins, protein shakes/supplements, and MagicBullet. I figure, that way I will be prepared when I get home and have a few less stresses. I have requested 90 hours of PaidTimeOff from work
