I have been reading your posts and it really is encouraging reading all the support out there. I am going to be traveling and I drink a lot of protein shakes. I cannot take them on the plane. Several of you have mentioned protein bars. Any suggestions for ones that have the needed protein and don't taste too bad? Any help is surely appreciated.

I am almost 7 months out from surgery. I have not lost but 4 pounds in the last month. Does it help to go back to a liquid only diet for awhile? I am down almost 60 pounds from surgery and am very proud about that. Just need a boost. Going to see doctor next week. Hope he has some good advice for me.
