How r u doing jerzygurl? Dr Reich been good?

HI Jerzygurl:
I just started on full liquids today, but I have been drinking a mixture of crystal lite and ice and my protein powder (unflavored soy). If I take really small sips and go slowly I do fine. If I go too fast or gulp too much, I feel pain like heartburn. I am not sure if that is the "full" feeling or not, but it is uncomfortable so it makes me stop or slow down.
Are you throwing up? That must be really painful. Have you let your doc know?

I'm doing ok. Just very sore. I'm already down 15lbs since the surgery. Are you drinking the protein shakes? i cant seem to keep them down.

I hope you are doing well on Day 5! I was sleeved on the 8th as well. So far, this has been pretty easy. Lots of gas, a little heartburn, and a little sore... Today I weighed the same amount as I did the morning of the surgery, so I am guessing that I have finally gotten rid of all of the extra fluids they gave me at the hospital.
