Had a bad day yesterday. Esophageal spasms. Much better today. I'm down 21 lbs a d walking 5 kms per day so I guessing can't complain.

Awesome that your posting already! I think I will to. I am scheduled for the 30 th, but may have to change that. I'm soo excited! Preparing mentally & physically. Good luck in your future goals! Keep posting.

Hi no my original date was the 7th.

First one in this morning. Surgery is done. Gas was minimal. Pain is more than I thought it would be. Less private, too. And am I EVER thirsty!

Just sitting in my room at the hospital waiting for the cardiologist and blood tests.

Hi, I lost 18 lbs. before I returned to work, and NOBODY noticed, and I'm a teacher and my students notice everything! I think maybe we have so much fat, it initially doesn't show right away. For me, I told a couple of close co-workers I had a bladder surgery, and that I can last longer on my walks. Well of course I didn't have that surgery, but my bladder problems are cured and I can walk a few miles without needing to find the restroom, and those changes alone are motivating enough to lose weight or have a lifestyle change.
