Wow I can't believe I'm just a few pounds away from breaking into the 200's! It's so exciting! I started going to the gym now I was cleared by my doctor and I returned back to work it's been tough but I'm happy I have lost almost 50 pounds and its only been 5 weeks!

Hello everyone... I am 4 days post op and it hasn't been easy at all I'm still in a lot of pain and the pain meds are just a quick fix but the pain comes right back! I suffered a collapsed lung as a result of the operation and I have been dealing with pain. They kept me an extra day at the hospital as well. I can only tolerate some liquids at this point taking my meds is a horror show but all in all I'm trying my best to keep my head up

So tomorrow is my big day I'm do nervous right now! Today I'm on an all clear liquid diet, this Ain't gonna be easy because I'll be honest with you I have cheated this past two weeks on the liquid diet today I can't even have a protein shake to sustain myself! Oh well wish me luck guys!

6 more days omg! I can't believe it!

Well people its almost time! I went for my pre op tests yesterday my surgery is only 11 days away! I'm so excited, I can't believe it's really happening! I passed my nicotine test which I was dreading because I only stopped smoking less than 3 weeks ago! But everything happens for a reason and this was my destiny to be healthy! I'm on my 2 week pre op
Liquid diet now I started it 3 days ago and I lost 10 lbs already! Trust me it isn't easy because I am literally starving! But I have serious motivation! Good luck everyone! Ciao!
