Hi Heather -- Did you get my email that I sent yesterday? I started with eggs --- yummy, yummy eggs! They tasted so good. It took about 45 minutes to eat 1 egg but it was worth it. I can eat much faster now!!

I'm doing well. One of my sons & his wife are here for the weekend. We grilled yesterday and just had a nice family day. I did overeat (didn't realize it at the time) and felt awful for awhile. It's amazing what a couple of bites too many can do! love to you!!
