I have a few questions about your experience. How did you learn about the VSG procedure and do you feel that you have more motivation to work out now that you have had the GS procedure?

Hey man. Thanks for giving me an idea how 150's can look. Although we started around same weight you look a lot more solid than I am. I read your post telling what you do to maintain and to build on what you have accomplished. How long did it take you to get to the 150's?
