I just noticed a question you had in one of your posts. How long after surgery can you get back in the water. That depends on how quickly your incisions heal. I was allowed back in the water at 3 weeks but only walking. Nothing that would stretch or pull on the incisions. At 4 weeks I was cleared to go back to my water exercise classes with the advice of if it hurts don't do it. By 5 weeks I was back to high gear, twisting and jumping and feeling great. sorry it took so long to answer..
