On this Glorious Day our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ created, I have reached another Goal in my weight loss journey. I am officially off all my prescription medications. I am no longer considered Diabetic or Hypertensive! All Praise, Honor and Glory go to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ without him all these wonderful changes could not have happened. The Journey continues to maintain all these positive changes in my life!!!

Today I have passed my Goal weight of 220 pound in Just 6 and 1/2 months. I have lost a total of 107 pounds since this journey has begun. I am just 19 pounds away from my Doctors Goal weight for me of 200 pounds!! Robin my wife has lost 90 pounds since beginning her journey. I have added before and after pictures of my wife and I. Praise, Honor and Glory go to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
