I'm 5 days post-op. I'm currently in the liquid food phase. My appointment with my nutritionist isn't until a few weeks. When do I progress to the soft foods stage? And after that, when do I move on to normal food?
Please guide me

I'm 4 days post-op. My incision sites still hurt a lot. I was wondering when you guys removed your bandages?
My doctor told me to take them off whenever I want to. So, I was wondering when I should take them off?

Yayy, I'm finally home!!
Today is my 3rd day post op! I feel a lot better. Even though my incision sites hurt slightly, there's nothing more to it. I didn't want to get my weight checked today because I was scared of disappointment. But my next meeting is in a matter of 10 days, so I'll see how much I weigh then. I absolutely refused to buy myself a weighing machine 'cause I have a bad habit of making myself feel worse for no reason, therefore I'd rather do without it.

Hi, everyone!

I'm having surgery in a few days, hopefully. I wanted to know.. Do the scars from the surgery stay after a year or two passes?
I'm 19 years old, and was wondering if there's something I could do to make the scars go away.
Also, is it possible to have a trim stomach and no loose skin? I want a flat stomach, fingers crossed!!
