A little sunshine from cold Texas today...

I had a little epiphany today. I am 35 days post op and my weight loss has slowed a little. I really am happy with my progress and I feel great, but I realized I hadn't lost much this past week and I got a little sad. My weight even went up two days. I'm all about positive self talk, so this is what I told myself:
How many times when we were GAINING weight were there days or weeks or even MONTHS when our weight stayed the same. For me it was quite often...I didn't gain a half pound
