Hello friends,
I just wanted to give everyone a quick update on my progress. I am estatic to say that I am over 100 lbs down since surgery just over 4 months ago. He'll fellow sleevers, I have just started the purée stage of the post op diet, and I am looking for more suggestions. Right now I have 2 protein shakes a day, scrambled egg for breakfast, 2 tbsp tuna mousse and 2 tbsp green beans for lunch and supper, and a a Greek yogurt for evening snack. I also try to have 6-8 cups of water per day.
I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas for other meal suggestions to provide a little variety. All is going well, down 23 lbs from surgery date
