overweight. This will be the tool I need to lose weight. The most important part is keeping it from coming back and
that has been my problem all these years. Congratulations on getting close to your goal. I cannot wait until I can say that too.

Hello. I noticed on your profile that you had started with the lap band and then got the sleeve. My original plan when I started to investigate surgery, I was going to get a lap band. Now, it seems that I prefer to have the sleeve. I only want to have surgery once. Glad to see that it has been successful for you. I should have my surgery the end of March 2014. At times I get apprehensive, but, know that this is the only option for me to lose weight. I have lost and gained the same 40-50 lbs for ten years now. I weigh more now than ever in my life. I am getting a lot of information from this website and really appreciate all the sharing going on.

You look great! You have similar starting numbers to me and I'm at 197 right now. I can see 185... it's amazing how much difference 30 lbs can make! And 45 ! Wow! Keep it up... I'm right on your heels.

Doing quite well! Had a bit of a scare yesterday when my blood pressure spiked, but I was at the dr office at the time. Just too much moving about too soon. Got very dizzy and faint but better. Been resting lots. Even though I feel good, I'm having to remind myself to rest!

Thanks guys! Apparently im last so am waiting and waiting! Rooms are nice so is a pleasant wait. Glad I brought my iPad, kindle and a sudukonpuzzle book. Was calm even before the sedative. Just ready for some action!
