Hi, the protein I'm getting in is a few things. Cottage cheese, yogurt, whey protein, ground turkey, beans. I haven't been sick but I just thought I was eating enough but wasn't. The past couple days I've been in taking about 900 to 1100. Hopefully soon I'll c better results. I'll let u know how things go. Please update me with what u come up with.

I need to know why my mouth is so dry like a desert when I get up in the morning please help what can i do before the sleeve I did not have this problem

I am doing pretty good so far. Lol I am also frustrated by my family eating and i can't. It won't be long though and will be worth it. Have you lost alot of weight yet? I have only dropped 19 and most was per op diet. Its kinda discouraging. Lol but i guess it wont happen over night. Take care and keep in touch.
