12 days post-op and not losing...

Is it normal to stall this early on? I had my surgery on 1/8/13. Prior to that, I lost 9 lbs on the pre-op diet. In the first week after surgery, I lost an additional 9 lbs. But now I haven't lost ANYTHING in the past 6 days. It's depressing. Please tell me that at some point I will start losing again. If you look at the big picture, I've lost 18 lbs in less than a month. But from what I've read in other people's posts, the "weight just falls off". Am I doing something wrong?
