Painful Gas 2 days after being sleeved...Is this normal?

Hi all I was recently sleeved on 12/27/12, and I am having a hard time with my gas, I feel so bloated and my chest at times hurt from all this gas. Is this somewhat normal? I'm doing ok with my pain, but what do I do to help with my gas? Any suggestions?
