Ashley, If I were you I might check the sodium and potassium contents of your drinks. Sound like you have an imbalance, and maybe you should be on gatorade for a while. I drink special K2o protein water which has sodium in it, adn cheap on Amazon, and I drink barely enough a day and I am not thirsty, but I do drink some through the night, though.
