I've hit the 15kgs lost mark and now people are noticing. Curiously I prefer it if they don't make a comment - it is easier for me not to have to addressit and answer their questions.
Loving Myfitnesspal and the ability to log every morsel I eat or drink - keeps me accountable. How are you doing?
  2. im very well thanks Jan, i'm maintaining easily and you're right, the sleeve is so helpful, I put on 2 kilos last month, took me two days to take it off again! you have to love that!! im so so so happy with life atm, i'm pretty sure it doesn't get better than being skinny! you're doing so damn well, that's an amazing drop in weight, and having started at only 6 kilos higher I know how the achievement feels! so nice to look in the mirror isn't it??

Hello Kitti - I know you arena Catherine, but I really like Kitty and it suits the new smaller you. I'm doing well - I'm about a week shy of 3 months and have gone from 101kgs to a weight of 86.8kgs as of this morning. I'm absolutely in love with my sleeve and my new relationship with food. I'm managing to get to gym, but to be honest sometimes I really need to push myself out of the door. It's taken a while to get to the point where I'm managing the food balance - and now I have a food routine that works well.
    How are you doing?

Sitting here in my lounge room thinking of you.....why? Well not in a weird stalker-ish kind of way, but because I'm hot and sweaty. Trade you any day you like - and you live in Qld!

Hiya - just noticed your current weight. Fan-bloody-tastic. You must feel like a million dollars. Spoke to the surgeon who said for my dimensions I should be 63kgs, but realistically we are happy if I get to 70kgs. Are you planning/pushing to lose more?

But on the pouch front I can feel it again its responding nicely to the full sensation which is great and I can't wait to go back to normal food again

5 day pouch test

by mskitti on 12-31-2012 at 01:16 AM
Ok so I've become complacent I think, so I've given up fizzy again which is working out just fine, increased my water consumption and am starting the 5 day pouch test tomorrow, I've made my pumpkin soup and haved started now to be honest but officially I'll start this properly tomorrow. I don't think I've done damage to my pouch I just feel that I. Falling into bad habits again, just in smaller doses and I don't want to do that. Day 1 tomorrow wish me luck

I've tried everything from shakes to skipping, to soup diets to weight watchers and back again. By the time i got to 40 in Feb of this year i'd had enough! i was 107
