Hey good to hear from you. I think I told you the wrong day. I got sleeved Friday the 24th. So almost 2 weeks for me. I feel so much better and it's easier to eat now. I think when they intubated me the tube must have scratched my throat. It's healing now, so not so much pain to swallow. I'm feeling really good.

I am super excited for you! I am having mixed emotions cuz my boyfriend and I are fighting over this surgery. He says when I lose weight I will not be sexy anymore and that I am changing my look. I don't understand why he is so simple minded and not looking at my happiness. I am confused and heart broken

Thanks for your kind words! I appreciate them! My bf is a body builder and in excellent shape and doesn't understand wheat it's like to be obese. On the other hand, I don't quite understand why some one in great shape is attracted to an out-of-shape person. Anyway, he is completely against it and I am trying his workout and diet and beginning to be unsure about the entire procedure . I know it's just my nerves.

Yes I agree about the liquids! I tried cottage cheese and greek yogurt and did just fine! Hey, e-mail me at tracydavis@gci.net - better way for me to keep in touch. I've been in touch with Delaine too. I have not weighed yet as I still feel pretty bloated and swollen. I decided I am going to weigh for the first time on my one month anniversary from surgery. Hopefully a big surprise will be waiting for me! Thanks for keeping in touch!

Yes we met! Remember Delain was my roommate the first night and then you got her during the hotel stay? How are you doing? I'm doing o.k. Back to work today, no more nausea. Lots of gas and stuff. Still sore but nothing out of the ordinary. Pretty swollen still!
