Ugh!

So I am going through the proccess to have the gastric sleeve. As I have wrote before I had a horrible pych evaluation and now I have to go to counsiling. I found that the pressure is now building up. I want to stress eat and I feel like I can not stop. I just have a lot of my mind and when I eat I feel guilty. I have been keeping a food log and trying my hardest to watch what I eat but I am now craving foods I normally dont eat. I also am having trouble with drinking protien shakes I start with
Kinda Upset & Confused

Today I had my psychiatry appointment. It was kinda of a nervous and upsetting appointment. The doctor was actually fighting with me and really questioning me. She said there is no need for me to go through this program I am young and should have to do everything on my own. She told me only 20% of this surgery works and I will only looks like 30-50 pounds off my 315 pound figure. She gave me a yellow flag and told me I need to seek more help. Im kinda upset.
