Jazzie, Hi there! glad tp see you, love ur pic!. I'm ok, just that emotional rollercoaster jack'n w/me. So have you gone back to work yet? I've been thinking about you. Pretty much doing alright w/the diet. I'm not a Picky eater but have definately developed some dislikes lately. My MAIN concern is water and protein intake I have bit the bullet and switched to slimfast high protien shakes. I know, I know, they don't like us to drink those but it's the only way I'm gonna come close to my protein intake. I have 3 different flavors of the Unjury protein. Actually was liking it. Then something happened, and I can't event stand to smell it,much less,drink it,mix it, sprinkle it,etc.,etc. Dr. wanted me to stop the shakes and get my protein from food. There is no way i can eat that much! I already feel overstuffed most the time as it is. How are you coping w/the "intake". However, I do nibble on my meals/snacks all day in effort to get the most protein I can. I do at least 1 shake am. Funny how I thought after this surgery, I wouldn't think about food so much, now it seems thats ALLL I think about from the time I wake-up, 'till I go to sleep!! Is it like that w/you? I'm so happy you got back w/me, please stay in touch and keep me updated on your progress. Yes, I do believe we will get through this together ((((HUGGGZZZ))))

jazzie, glad ur Dr.s visit went well! 13lbs, ain't that just AMAZING?? So proud of you! I have my ups and downs but over all, I suppose I'm doing good. i've read some HORROR STORIES on here that makes my story sound like a Disney movie so I am trying to do the best with what I have. could be worse. RE: going back to work, sososo sorry you have to do it so soon...I see people on here that return to work w/in days of GS and I just don't see how ya'll can do it! I am still not able to get through the day w/out a nap! I think I just need to put my "big girl panties" on and be thankful , huh? please stay in touch! also, glad to hear your incisions are healed....

Hi! Glad to meet you. I hope you are feeling better. Some people have a real easy time and others not so much. I was probably on the easier end. Felt fine by end of a week. But the first 5 days were not the greatest. I am addicted to water exercise classes and just a little bummed I'm not allowed to right now but will be soon. It is a learning process = learning what my tummy wants = wants things soft but not sticky. Just take it a little easy and you will be up to speed soon.
