Well, I just get tired of the same food. I cannot eat much at all. Today, my stall finally broke and I'm down 2 more pounds. I like string cheese too. It's nice and soft, tasty too. When eating the stuff you have to chew, it says to chew 25 times...so it's ground up really well. Are you feeling well though?? And are you back to work?

wow your being real adventurous with the food ! Im still eating real soft stuff like soup and laughing cow cheese i had some deli meat some cheese string yogurt i had some beans . i really have to start changing it up a bit . i guess Im still scared to test the sleeve . i don't really feel much with what i eat cos they are all sliders

i haven't been loosing much i had ten off that first week and then. osince I've been home i have lost five pound

Hi Sarah... I am glad you're doing better. Are you losing? Are you stalled right now, like so many of the rest of us that went at the same time? I eat green beans, lentils, canned chicken (and cooked chicken), shrimp, tuna, chili, cheese sticks (string cheese), protein shakes (only 1 a day, even though I probably need more), tomato slices, bananas, yogurt (non-fat), some other stuff. I can only eat these items in SMALL portions. My worst problem is remembering to eat slowly. I cannot tolerate bread well. I have eaten some potatoes and rice (few bites only). I really only drink tea (hot and cold) and water) Sometimes I have a little coffee with creamer. How about you? What kinds of things are you eating? Please tell your husband hello for us.
