It's been many months since I've been on here! Let's see...I am 19 months out as of Thursday. I'm not gonna lie...it's a daily struggle. Struggle may be too harsh a word...it's more like a constant awareness. Awareness as in constantly thinking what I'm eating, how much I am/am not exercising, water I am/am not drinking, did my weight go up or down today, etc. It's very tiring sometimes, but still so very worth it. Hi all! It's been a while since I've been on this site! I'm really happy to see everyone doing so well! Still loving this journey and still need to lose about another 5 pounds or so but all in all, I couldn't ask for a better outcome!
So when I started this journey, I weighed in at 218 lbs. and on the morning of surgery (Feb. 4th, 2013) I weighed 202 lbs. I'm 4'11.5" tall. This morning I weighed in at 116 lbs. I'm so happy

I have been waiting for a while (dreaded stalls!) to see the scale move to 118 pounds. That would be exactly 100 pounds down from where I started this past February. Imagine my excitement from yesterday to today when the scale SKIPPED 118 and went to 117! I'll take 101 pounds any day!
I SO love my Sleevey Wonder! It's absolutely amazing, I tell ya! Have a great day, everyone!

Okay, sorry for the tacky play on words in the title! Lol! I'm so excited...I stepped on the scales this morning and I'm officially one pound below my surgeon's recommended weight for me! WooHoo! It took 9 months and 4 days. I'd still like to lose another 9 or 10 pounds, but even if I don't I'm completely satisfied with where I am now.
What a journey! For you beginners: Just do what your doctor recommends for you and go with the flow. If you mess up here and there, just try not to
