Can anyone help me?
ToDay I am suppose to begin soft/purried food phase.
I ate baby food today and was fine. But my daughter grilled chicken bacon and I had about one a half. I tried to chew,and chew and chew then swallowed. 10-15 mins after, I felt horrible. I felt the food sticking in my throat like up in my esophagus a ball like feeling. Maybe I ate too fast or not ready for such food?
Sides anyone go thru that or has experienced similar feeling. ?

Oh my I can't believe it DOWN 25 pounds since my journey began pre surgery.
I feel great.! I have moderate energy.
Incisions healing nicely with no tenderness or reddeness.
I'm taking 2x multivitamins chewable a, potassium, vit D, calcium chewables,
Vit B complex ( b12,b6) injections 3x a week.
50-60grams of protein mixed with almond milk daily
The only issue is not enough water.
To I started on soft diet and ate about 2 oz of baby food chicken

So everything is fine with the wound incisions. Healing well. No bleeding, just a little soreness and tender. The drainage hole hasn't completely closed yet. I Change the bandages daily. No more pain meds!!!! I walk just a little slow especially when I bend down, I'm very careful. I'm starting to get pain/muscle spasm in my lower to middle back. I don't feel comfortable sitting in a position for more than 5 mins even sleeping is awkward.

Hello everyone. I had my surgery Thursday in Juarez Mexico. Everything went by the book. I am soo grateful I get to see family again.
A lot of pain the second day because pain would begin before the the next dosage of pain meds. I hated the drainage bag soo uncomfortable.
Surgery took 1:10 mins and recover 1 hr. no infections at the surgery sites including g the drainage area. Thank God.
