Down to 298# today....that's 86# lost!!!!

That's right folks.....50# are now outta here!!!!!!

I'm feeling fantastic, hoping to celebrate 50# in the next couple of days!!!!

Hi Casey I'm doing pretty good! Wounds are healing nicely etc. I hardly have any gas pains but I'm still a bit sore on the inside so I'm taking things slowly. Since surgery I have already lost 9 ibs! I don't actually ever feel hungry, I'm forcing myself to eat! I don't have problem with getting all my flueds in. I'm glad you're ok and congrats on your loss!

Hi Everyone...How's your journey coming along? I'm doing amazing!! Dr Quinones and his team were first class all the way. I've had a little gas pain in my back but that keeps getting better as I do more moving around. Yesterday we went and walked the mall, today we went shopping at Costco and we intentionally walked every isle in order to maximize my steps. Oh have I mentioned that I've lost 28 lbs since startng the pre-op diet...Amazing

Glad you are home and have the energy for the mall! Going to buy some smaller clothes???

Hi Everyone, I've made it home and I feel amazing!!! My wife and I are about to head to the mall to do a little walking....and get a little shopping done!!!

Walk, Walk, Walk!! It helps with post-op gas....Anyway enough said, just being the Nurse that I am....I am wishing you a Speedy Recovery, so proud of you, Hope all is well......Miss Jay

Hi are you in Mexico ? When are you having surgery? I m at the hotel tonight, Henry will see me in the morning.

Day 2 is going great on the pre-op diet....If the other stresses in life would just chill out maybe I could normalize a little....

Today is my last day of old food before starting 2 weeks pre op diet. I went ahead and just packed my new food today cuz what could it hurt...2 weeks until I'm flying outta here!!!

Hi there I see that you are also having surgery the 17th with dr Quinones? My date is also for the 17th! From where are you traveling and are you traveling alone? I'm flying all the way from South Africa and I'm traveling alone. Are you flying to SAN diego or are you driving? My flight lands about 05:00 am but I told Henry that I don't mind waiting a few hours at airport because I know its really early. I have been making friends with Lindmar aswell she is having surgery the 16th and also traveling alone. Ilooking forward to meet her aswell. I'm counting the days, can't wait to get sleeved!
