I'm an alumnus of Northwest University. Born and raised in West Africa as a missionary kid. Began to struggle with weight when I hit age 40. I realized that I may not make my retirement party if I didn't take action. Nov 2012 was my 60 birthday. My weight is coming off according to plan.
