    My Dr. is Ramos-Kelly in Tijuana. My pre-op diet sucks! lol I'm on a clear broth, sugar-free jello, sugar-free popsicles, clear protein drinks and the only "solid" i have is light yogurt. The first 3 days were horrible but it's all mental! I'm on day 5 and feeling great now -11lbs in 5 days!
