I hate to ask this but my bowels have not moved since before surgery, this is day 7. I have gas but that is it. I stopped taking my pain med. I just started full liquids 2 days ago. I started walking on treadmill yesterday. Is this normal?
Exercise

How soon did everyone start exercising after the sleeve? My doctor said I could walk all I want. I am 4 days post op now. What do u all do and how soon did u start it?
