    Hey I eat around 900 calories a day..not sure how many we should eat...I have an appointment on Tuesday and I will ask! I am so scared that I will not lose weight like I should...in my head I guess...how many calories do you eat?

    hi thanks for replying! i really want to know how to break the weight stall because it must mean i am eating too many calories within the limits of the sleeve - do you have a sense of the total calories we shd be eating?
    i LOVE the sleeve 100% though - best thing ever = just want to optimize it now at 5 months...!

    Hey, I am doing really good...the only thing is I haven't lost any weight this week...I lost 17, then 4 then 3 now nothing...I hate stalls...how about you?
