Discovering that foods I could handle a few weeks ago i can't tolerate now. Just had a terrible "dumping" episode and the only thing I had was about 3 bites of egg salad. Must have been the mayo in it- even though it was fat free.

I've been struggling with having the Flu and trying different over the counter medications that may work for me. All of the cough syrups have HIGH sugar grams so I''ve been going without. How about HONEY? I love the home remedy of lemon and honey but I'm unsure of the sugar it contains. Also I know uising the Alka seltzer cold meds is a big no no bc of the fizz. Other then being sick with the Flu- things seems to be progressing. It is diff time to buy some new clothes.

Things have been going well. i struggle with drinking enough. I have only been sick a few times TG. I now feel well enough to begin exercising. Any suggestions would be helpful. A lady at work recommended belli dancing. I think that sounds like fun.
