Thank you, you are very sweet! I am the body type that holds weight everywhere, so I'm very proportioned. I've been working VERY hard on healthy healthy and exercising since May, so I'm down 50 pounds. (pre-sleeve) I am within 10 pounds of going below a 35 BMI and that would make me ineligible for the sleeve, so I'm cheating a little. I struggle with hitting plateaus, as I have not weighed less than 200 lbs in 9 years! Hopefully I'll have as much success and you and the others on this forum. Good luck and best wishes to your wife, I see she is going to get sleeved too!

Read your post regarding the bourbon, I did same with 4 oz of eggnog. Thought I had drank a fifth of Woodford Reserve. Too soon. Hadn't had any alcohol since Aug 15.

I lost sixty lbs pre surgery and have lost 24 since surgery on Dec 4. Only issue is constipation, weight is melting off. Walking at least 1 hour per day helps. Have a great New Year and stay with the plan, we'll be skinny before long.
