It has be a while since I posted, so I’m stopping by to update my fellow sleevers. I just want to start by saying I love my sleeve! I had surgery close to five months ago and I have already lost 70 lbs. WOW! I already feel a normal level of confidence returning and I’m back to doing things I wasn’t doing just last year. In addition to my sleeve, I also pay attention to my calorie intake, but the calorie counting part is sooo simple because of the way that the sleeve keeps me in check. I love feeling

I had my surgery in December and have lost 30lbs, but I'm still not out of the habit of staying hidden in my comfortable PJ's because I feel too fat to be seen. It feels like I’m trapped, sitting and waiting day by day on the

OK Sleeve family, I just thought I should post because it has been a few days since my surgery. Overall everything went well. My Surgery was with Dr Jose Rodriguez in Juarez Mexico at the Star Medica. I’ll start by telling you the worst part of the entire surgery experience for me. The worst part by far was waking up in recovery. The pain was real, and I was feeling trapped for some reason. I don’t usually have issues with claustrophobia, but the anxiety I had being trapped in my bed with the side
