Finally Had Enough

After years of yo yo dieting I finally threw in the towel. I realized there was a vicious cycle going on with going on a diet, losing weight, plateauing, going off the diet then gaining back what I've lost plus some.
It wasnt until July 2012 that I decided to take that step. Shopping in Kohls for an outfit for my cousin's birthday party, I searched and searched the racks for something to wear. The last outfit I tried on (I've always avoided trying things on, its just depressing) didn't
