I lost really slowly at first. Just keep focused on learning how to feed your healing body. I actually spent the first few months researching foods that would fit into my new eating plan (sugar free beverages, high protein snacks, and things I could eat while traveling). The weight will come off. It just sucks when it's stubborn. I assure you that eventually your efforts will catch up to you. Sometime you won't see the scale move more than 2 pounds in a week, and then you'll drop 8 lbs out of nowhere. The first time that happens is pretty darn awesome.

Tip: Need to get more liquids down - sugar free popsicles are a tasty option (and easier than drinking/ sipping).
