Hey where have you been ?

So how are we doing.."All good I hope"! I know...just had to say that!! Im doing great myself,getting more exercise in,and loving the weight loss. i dont have a bathroom scales-so im not obsessed with what i weigh,more how i look and feel,and i feel lighter every week, il be weighed again at the hopsital july 2nd so we will see then how its going...i hope all is well..i know you were sick..take care.

Thanks Fiona, Amazing how much exercise is helping in my physical appearance. I think you lose regardless as so many do, BUT I feel so much better, toner, tighter, leaner and I am still 329 which beats where I started at 377 36 days ago! At this rate, which I know won't last, I would be 200 pounds lighter in a year, not two years like I was told. But, I am still accepting the two year range and if it's faster, I will just have to deal with it! LOL. By the way, reading a GREAT book, Eat to Live, I recommend as your friend you pick it up! I love it! I plan to take this opportunity and use my tool to change my life for EVER! :")

not bad??!! Its brillant! you are doing great! im fine..not sick..start pureee thursday! after 1 month since surgery i get to eat a little more than shakes and soup..roll on the cottage chesse! il ahve to up my exercise to compete with you!! you wont know it until the new you emerges!!
