Yes, I am so grateful to my assistant (tool).
My assistant helps me,

HELLO EVERYONE! Sorry I have been a stranger, I have missed you!
Anyway, You would be proud of me, my assistant has given me my LIFE Back!

I feel so much better than before I started this journey!
I will be under 300 pounds probably this week!

The title says it all. I feel like this tool has given me such a great opportunity. I value my tool and don't take it lightly. I continue to follow the rules and not "try" anything I am not supposed too. What would that get me?
My Goal is BETTER LONG TERM HEALTH! After all that's the reason I did this.
So, the weekend before last I was flipping channels and came across a PBS telethon, I know surprise a telethon on PBS, hee hee. Well they had Dr. Fuhrman
