I am 6 months out and feel great I am down 115 pds... I am now 274 I was 389... Im on top of the world right now....

Happy and sad at the same time... I weighed myself for the first time since dec 11 and ive lost only 11 pds.eventhou im happy I thought ive lost more... I feel like im stalling at only 2 1/2 mths out....

Though Xmas was.gud..my eating was not....i ate more sweets than I should have... Im feeling down... I work out and now back to liquid diet for a week... Help me not feel like an epic failure....
