So I have started a juicing cleanse/fast, today is day 2, scale is starting to show signs of improvement already! Anyone else attempt this sort of thing? I don't know if I can stay on just juice exclusively for very long, going to add some protein powder to my next one I think just to keep my levels up. Thoughts? Suggestions?

ok so I have been avoiding my scale for a while now, because I thought if I left it for a while, it would be a nice boost to come back to. Boy was I wrong. Somehow, I have managed to gain 14 pounds. I need a reality check on my diet. It has been miserable weather here lately, so it's hard to get motivated to get out and do something. I haven't run since high school 16 years ago, but am back at it now! I never would

Ok so I just had a bit of a panic attack a few minutes ago here... So I am coming up on 2 years post op right away ( like a week or 2) so at this point, everything seems like smooth sailing. Then, all of a sudden, I start getting discomfort in my abdomen section. Then this discomfort turned into fairly extreme pain. Of course, I am home alone (wife is still at work) and I instantly start thinking "how am I gonna get to the hospital?" Tried laying down, that made it worse. So I was

Well, after a long stall, I am finally heading in the right direction once again! As of this morning, my total loss has been 177 pounds. I feel sooo much better than I did a year ago! I figure I have about another 70-80 lbs to go until I will be happy, but it is definitely achievable! For anyone out there having any doubts, don't worry, press on, and persist because this tool WILL work for anyone that is willing to use it properly! I found for myself that I actually was eating too little, caused
