Yes, Costo carries individual pre-mixed Premier Protein Chocolate shakes 160 calories and 30g protein and they taste delicious. They also carry CytoSport 100% Whey Protein Powder in both Vanilla and Chocolate, both are great 140 calories and 27g protein for making your own protein shakes by mixing with 6-8oz (Unsweetened Almond Milk is the best and only 30 calories for 8oz)! I believe if you're not a Costco member, you can order everything on Amazon.com.

Welcome, I will have my surgery the end of this month. Is in insurance hands now. as far as the protein drinks, I was told nothing with the words why or soy protein concentrate, hydrolyzed gelatin,or collagen protein anywhere in the ingredients. Good luck finding this of course the surgeons office usually has it I did find one bag of muscletech at Sams but went back and now has concentrate. I will be looking again soon. Best of lunck to you. Hello, I'm new to the website. I've just begun my WL journey. My Surgeon and I have decided on the Gastric Sleeve. My insurance is on board and my Primary Dr. will be setting up all the pre op tests. I'd like to get a jump start on testing different liquid drinks and such so I can be reparied for when I go on the liquid diet. Do Atkin shakes work? any suggestions?
