Well 6 days out and recovering. The surgery was more painful than I thought but I just keep thinking that like having babies, short term pain for long term gain (or loss as this goes) Today I am able to drink a bit more so feel a bit better. Still sharp pains in my stomach but feels like gas cause it happens right after I take a drink of something. Gotta say thank you to all of you on this forum it has made the journey so much easier.

Tomorrow is the day. Hopefully everything goes well and as it should. Nervous that I drank coconut water and maybe it's not allowed anyway nothing now til after surgery.

I am not nervous about the procedure but just that there will be a glitch with the travelling or that I go there and for some unknown reason they refuse me. I am also really missing the taste of food already. I hope you have some good support so you keep strong but ultimately it is up to us. I am just so tired of failing:-) I have been overweight almost my entire marriage so I am nervous about how that will change. Sorry for blabbing on I guess we all have a lot on our minds. I will see you in 3 days? Keep focused we are in this together now.

Hello am going for my gastric sleeve operation in 5 days and am on the liquid diet. I am wondering if anyone knows if v8 juice and the like is ok to use? thanks
