Sorry have not posted in a while!! Well Im almost at my month mark. I feel great! I have lost 30 lbs as of last week and a half ago, but have decided not to step on the scale until my doc's appointment next week. I feel like im stalling, but I heard it happens. Trying so hard to eat enough protein and drink but It is a lot!!!

Hey all!! I'm doing well. Today was the best and I'm only hoping it will be better tomorrow!
My surgery was Wednesday and I will say that night was rough. My doc gave me a nerve block in my belly so I did not feel anything up front. But my back from the OR table and the gas was horrible for me. I came home Thursday Ana basically slept until today. I am on a clear liquid diet until I go see the doc on Thursday
I'm very happy so far!!

Thank you!! I'm nervous now but chose to work tonight to keep my mind off it. I am in law enforcement and in jersey we are busy with the storm cłean up

Thank you!! To you too!! I have to admit I have been doing pretty well on the liquids. Yesterday I got cranky and yelled at everyone, but they got over it. I just want this over with. My daughter is upset that I will be in the hospital overnight while my son said Oh Mommy will be back the next day! I work nights so they go to be without me many times.
By any chance did your doctor give you a recovery time? Mine said I can go back to work in a week.

Hi twinsmama05...I have twins also. Mine are 13 now. I'm having surgery a day after you, but I'll be in TJ. I'm not enjoying the pre-surgery diet...Clear liquids now . I hope all goes well on the 7th and you have a speedy recovery!
