Do you play?? lol ok back to the subject at hand... I couldnt imagine picking up 63lbs yet I realize thats exactly what I was doing. I am really going to get into the gym. I pay for it every month and that crap isnt cheap! I'm starting to really feel my stomach all soft. It use to be firm lol now Im all soft everywhere. Oh and I'm so delicate now lol people bump into me and I'm like *ouch* I dont have cussion like I use to. I was roughhousing with my boyfriend the other day and I couldnt take it...before I'd whoop on him and now I'm a big weenie makes me mad lol And yeah dont stay away too long...I have the search n rescue on speed dial =D

Hi Clint! I was about to go looking for you! heheh I'm sooo glad your doing so well and you look great! I love the new pix. Everything is pretty damn good over here. Im 27lbs from being in the 200's and I cant wait! It's been about 6 yrs for me. I'm down 63lbs in 2 months....not too shabby if I do say so myself BUT I'm having 3 week long stalls (2 already) and I'm sure because of my bad eating. I dont eat bad things I just dont eat enough. I find myself forgeting to eat all the time. I havent been really working out. A few times a week I play a dancing game on my PlayStation but its not nearly enough. Other than that I am absolutely loving my sleeve. I have gained sooooooo much confidence back. I really avoided going out with my bf because I looked terrible in clothes and I felt bad for him but seems like lately I want to go out ALL the time lol Well I'm so happy you replied, you literally made my day...I was seriosuly starting to wonder but I know we all have lives and busy ones at that so I wont call a search crew just yet lol Take care.

    Hey there Clint,
Its been a while since I've spoken to you. How are you doing?? How is the weight loss? Any new updates?? Do you find yourself not coming on here as much anymore? I do sometimes. I find that eating or lack of is such a grueling part of my life now. I hate having to force myself to drink and eat when most of the time I dont want to so to come on the site and have to talk about it I'm like ughh! lol Once it becomes a routine instead of a chore I'm sure I will be on here more but it seems as though you havent been on in a while =( where are you friend??!!

Chargers....tsk tsk stk. I dont know whats going on with them. Back to good news! I am actually not excercising only because I'm lazy, no other reason. I could have named a few but I'm not even going to lie or make excuses. I do however plan on exercising after surgery when I'm allowed to. As far as my mental state I am actually completely fine. I dont feel deprived or anything only because I have my eye on the prize, no other way to explain it. I'm also keeping myself super busy at work since I need to have everything caught up before I'm out for 2 weeks so Im not even thinking about food more about this office and how its gonna hold up lol

Hey there! So I was excited to come tell you that I did end up changing my protein shake and I'm down another 2 lbs. So that makes it 8lbs in 12 days! =D Ok that was all lol hope all is well and happy Monday!

Oh thats awesome I cant wait to start having energy. I am really tired ALL of the time. I even thought I probably had some sort f fatigue syndrome or something ( i like to self diagnose lol ) But i know its all the weight because I have read of the same problems on this forum and they have been corrected with weight loss. As far as my diet I am almost 6lbs down but remember how I told you my shake is really high in carbs? I think I'm going to have to buy a new shake with very little carbs I for some reason see it as being a huge reason why I havent lost more. Dont get me wrong I think 6lbs is great BUT i have lost it before on simple dieting and this time I'm doing a drastic diet so something is off. I will be buying a different protein shake and be VERY aware of all the nutritional facts. Either way I'm feeling great I'm paying the rest of my surgery today so its a done deal and booking my hotel today...eeeek!!! soo excited!

Yea mine has been pretty much all sleeve too I just started hitting a little exercise last week. I really want to get back into lifting but my stamina sucks so I get burned out pretty quick doing any exercise. The loose skin i'm already seeing myself. I'm starting to look like a deflated balloon lol. I'm hoping it'll bounce back but I guess that's the nature of the beast. I'm definitely gonna get some pictures up soon. I have just been working like a mad man at my job so I haven't had time to get to them but it should happen soon. Keep me up to date on how everything is going with you.

Hey there and thanx! Well Im still usong the same one but not drinking a lot of it just cause I dont want it to go to waste and its compacted with a bunch of other vitamins that I know some other shakes dont have, but I'm also drinking some other one that is high on protein and has little to nothing of everything else (gross btw) But so far so good 4lb loss in 6 days and I hope to lose atleast 10 by the end of the diet. *Crossing my fingers* How are you??! I feel like I'm always talking about me lol How is your energy level and your hair??

Imma have to keep up with you man. We were a week apart on surgery days. Similar weights...and similar weight loss. Have you started working out yet or is the weight loss just all sleeve at this point?

Hmmm yeah everything you said makes sense and the reason I went to 1 shake a day is because I wanted to basically have everything I need in a cup and will drink mostly water the rest of that time. Sux I might have to modify that after I payed $80 for the damn thing lol

A Happy Thanksgiving Indeed...

by clintjames77 on 11-25-2012 at 10:16 PM
Finally bit the bullet & went shopping for new clothes. I was starting to look ridiculous in my giant clothes. I'm down 2 shirt sizes & 8 inches off the waist. 8 inches! In 11 weeks! I'm not gonna lie, it felt really good putting on the smaller clothes. It made up for my not being able to eat a big Thanksgiving meal. It used to be one of my favorite days of the year. I would eat ungodly amounts of food. This year, I ate less than 1 slice of turkey & a spoonful of dressing & sweet

6 Weeks Post-Op & 60 Pounds Lost!

by clintjames77 on 11-01-2012 at 02:14 PM

What a difference 60 pounds can make... The pic on the right is from my wedding day just 6 months ago on 05/12/12. The pic on the left is from today. I still have close to 150 pounds to lose, but I'm very happy with what I see so far. Down to a 3XL from a 5XL in shirt size. Haven't yet bought new jeans, so I'm still wearing my 58x32 jeans. I have to bunch them up in the back though. They look pretty ridiculous. I just can't bring myself to go buy new jeans

My Story: Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning

by clintjames77 on 10-24-2012 at 11:13 AM
John 16:21 in the Bibles says "A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come; but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a child is born into the world."
It seems like, for much of my adult life, I have lived with pain, both emotional & physical. The worst of which occured from 2008 through 2010. I was in my early 30's, extremely obese, very unhealthy and, though surrounded by people that loved me, felt alone. I had also
