hey shilpi..i guess i need to follow the same mantra..how can u resist dal baati staying in jaipur...m hubby is from jodhpur...last time i was in jaipur our stay was full of dal baati's and i think result of which i have gastric sleeve...heheheheh...my mind says liquid liquid and more liquids nowww...also can u share what all types of liquid u take???..i have started eating some khichdi now once a day....

Kanika! it was really nice to hear from u, i had my surgery from Ahemdabad and my surgeons name is Dr. Manish Kaithan but i stay in Jaipur. i am also on pureed food but i do cheating at times, i have eaten brown bread,subji etc.I do feel guilty about eating it and fear that i might not loose weight. what about u do u drink enough of liquid. I read it somewhere it said the more u drink the more u shrink so this is my mantra...

hey ! kaniska,u and i share almost the same day of the surgery, i was sleeved on 21/9/12, and am doing well.How about u??? i am thankfully able to take in everything,i have lost around 11 kgs since the surgery and coping well. my surgeon has not asked me yet to take proteins,said would start after 3 months time .but i am taking a lot of dhal,paneer and whey .
