Wow! You look incredible in such a short period of time!! I'm so happy for you and I know you must feel amazing!

Couple of things, I'd like to discuss.

1. I read on someone's page or blog, EAT your best bite First. That is one of the best pieces of advice I have read, although I am just off Liquids, and Puree, food I have cheated a little and tried, and was successful at eating small amounts of solid food...needless to say EAT that bite you normally save till the end, FIRST!

2. Don't trust a fart. <----- See how I ended that? With a PERIOD! DON"T TRUST IT!

2. So I was very excited about having to buy new clothes, matter of fact, I looked forward to it. Well today I went for my two week check up and yes, I am down 28 pounds. So after I leave the Dr. get back home Cable is not working properly, no problem I have plenty of energy. Snatch the box and put it in the car, get to the cable company and while walking to the door it felt as if my pants were falling to my knees. I rushed inside and put the box on the counter and reached to pull up my pants...wait my pants are fine. Guess what? My underwear have fallen under my pants as far as they could without my pants being OFF...HILARIOUS! So ladies and Gentlemen...make sure all your clothing is secure before leaving the house!
