Your after photo is awesome, you can really tell the difference!

It was pretty good - interestingly, while eating it was ok to good, but after I ate it the flavor in my mouth just seemed to get better, it was a pleasant cinnamon and apple taste. I had to remind myself not to eat it with some milk or drink some right after eating. Looking forward to trying the other flavors. I crave something sweet in the evenings in between supper and going to bed. I discussed with my nutritionist and she said it would be ok to eat something during that time, just respect the protein/carb/sugar/fiber totals for the entire day -which I now track on my fitness pal (used to use sparkpeople)

Checking on you! How are you my friend? Please tell me all about how you are doing, what I can expect and should know for my surgery on 2/18. Will they give me meds to help my pain, anything bad I should be prepared for. What do you wish they would have told you now that you have been through it all.
